Complaint Review: LIPOZENE

The company Lipozene has customer service agents working for them, selling their products and out right lying to customers to make the sells.

Lipozene cannot and should not be used by anyone with seizures. Yet when asked the agent stated it was okay to take with such and don't worry about what 'I hear' from others.

They also sent more then ordered, billed credit card over $100.00 more then they told.

They were to give us a $25 walmart gift card, yet when questioned about this...their answer was 'we do not have to honor this gift', it is just an offer but never promised to customers. 

Theft is what this is, plain right out theft from this company.

And when tried to return, told us to pay postage ourselves and if any bottle was opened we would be billed again.

The government needs to get involved in this theft, there are too many complaints to be ignored now.

I would never do business again by phone, TV ADS, OR Internet. If I cannot reserearch first, see product and pay right then I do not want it!!!
