Ordered free trial Liquiboost. 5 dollars shipping. Didn't work, had one bottle unopened and wanted to send back and get credit. Bottle was safety sealed. Wouldn't take back.
 Stated too late. 3 or more page contract just to get a sample. 139.95 plus 5 dollars shipping and handling for 2 bottles. Need a lawyer to get a sample to decipher "contract". Spoke calmly to 2 managers.
Last mgr. Amy stated after I gave her an example of customer service. I was rude and hung the phone up on me. Tried to call back numerous times and I listened to music forever. Why, because in India, they ask your name. Tell them its you, and no one picks up.
Never in my life have I dealt with a company of such unprofessionalism. I never yelled, cursed or raised my voice. When "Amy" found out I wouldn't back down, she just hung up. Anyone know a way to get your money back? Unbelievable!!

We can fix this problem. If the owner will send us an email at (((REDACTED))) we can clear this situation up completely. We also recommend the ROR corporate advocacy program which is excellent. In the future polite customer service is really important, whether wrong or right.
