When they are returned techexcess packs them up and sells them on liquidation.com. When you buy returns you can expect that some of the items won't work but all or the junk techexcess sells is not working.

I have personally done thousands of dollars worth of business with this company. I buy and sell electronics on the web, and they have been one of my biggest suppliers. Everything I have purchased from them has been exactly as described or better. I purchase salvage, not returns, but some of the items I receive are working and in store return condition. Others are exactly as described "Salvage".
