On Sept 23rd, I've sent money from my bank account to pay for virtual currencices online, most notable ETH. After a few hours I saw that I have not been credited for the purchase. 
 
I sent an email to support, along with a screenshot of my transaction, a screenshot of the TxtHash which confirms my transaction along the specified address, and a detail account of what happened.
 
I didn't hear back until Oct 17th at 5:14am.
 
Their response as follow:

What information would you need? I do not want my money stolen. I've provided the txthash along with screenshots and my accounts.

I'm missing the ether, along with a negative balance from USDT due to a faulty system

Hi Max,

Unfortunately, we can not help you, because both of your deposits are less than the minimum amount.

No where on their site is this listed, also theirs multiple people experneincing the same issue across their platform for varying amounts in the thousands. Support is not answering tickets, and people are not getting their money or the tokens that they have paid for.
