Hi I have been shopping with  LC liquidation channel for a few years now and have had several instances of jewelery breaking after wearing for a few minutes . I buy them on the auction,  I know in advance that things are not returnable  I assumed even if they broke after a few minutes , so have never tried to return broken items  but now they dont send an item and when I talk to customer service he tells me to bad.  I was furious I asked to speak to a supervisor, nope there is no one higher than him to talk to,  I need to submit a form to talk to someone and the rigamarole starts  I refuse to chase my tail for six dollars, I am disabled and have done most of my gift shopping with them but afte spending thousands of dollars to be treated so shabbily for a six dollar refund I am done doing business with them.  Alex bremerton, washington.

For starters I would like to sincerely apologize for the fact that you have been treated so poorly just over one or even multiple items. I can tell you now that we do not operate like that here at Shop LC. I do understand that it is quite frustrating on the fact that you received any defect items regardless if it is on the rising auction or even if it is on the live TV it should not be happening at all. Hello my name is Karen and I am a Supervisor for the Liquidation Channel.  We are very sorry that our returns policy was not previously better explained to you.  Customer feedback and satisfaction is very important to us.  While we strive to only send quality items not all defects are found.  Any item received damaged or found to be defective within 30 days is able to be returned and replaced if available if not the item will be refunded.  With each purchase the invoice includes a return instructions sheet and a return label for your convenience.  This may be attached, placed in your mailbox and will cover the shipping for your return.  We do have a policy in place that ensures our customers are contacted by the Supervisors in the order the request are received.  This does require the agent taking your information and a call back from a Supervisor will follow within 24 hours.  I would very much like the chance to address your concerns personally and we do hope you will continue to shop with LC.  Please contact me at karen.gottner@liquidationchannel.com
