Over the last few months I have had issue after issue with Liquidation.com.  In February of 2013, I ordered approximately 300 pieces of apparel.  All were suppose to be new.  I had received several other orders through them before.  Never had a problem till recently.  "Usually", they send larger orders (300-+) in several boxes.  Approximately 4 boxes would have easily taken care of this "load".  Instead, they sent it through UPS (usual form of transport), but on a pallet.  Which means, instead of paying $150 for shipping several boxes?  I paid $600.  I have requested a review of the shipping charges several times, but to no avail.  It took over 2 months for this pallet to reach me.  UPS showed up at my shop.  Stated that he needed a skid to bring the pallet in.  He stated he was not aware that this was a business (which specifically states that in the shipping section that you fill out).  That was on a Thursday.  He stated he would be back the following Monday (4 days later) .  They never showed up.  UPS did, however, put in the pallet as being delivered.  That was over a month ago.  I received a call stating they would be by next week with the pallet.  I told the lady, the doors are small that the other delivery guy was suppose to come back with a skid.  UPS stated they always have a skid when it comes to pallet deliveries.  Ok.......

Today, the pallet came.  UPS was kind enough to send an elderly gentleman who could not lift his own pants, much less a pallet.  He literally started ripping up the box and literally throwing clothes at my shop manager.  Several (around 100) pieces, landed on the street........several were ripped and destroyed.

Since the beginning of this, February, I had placed bids and won 3 separate auctions.  All claiming to be new inventory and shelf pulls.  I received a huge box of extremely old and very used shoes.  Not one pair were new or even close to being a shelf pull.  I filed a dispute report.  Then another box came in, again, suppose to be new shoes.  What I received were all left sided shoes.  Last box, again, shoes, put shelf pulls.  When I contacted Liquidation, I sent over 50 pictures for all 3 of these auctions.  I explained in great detail (as is their custom) what was wrong with the boxes.  I was told that all 3 reports were denied, as I did not provide enough proof.  At that point, I got pissed off and wrote 3 very nasty emails.  Each time they responded, telling me the same thing, I kept putting down "rip off", "screwed over" etc.  A week later they found in my favor.

I have been waiting for a refund, or for them to place the funds on the newest auctions I had won.  No one ever contacted me.  They took several of the auctions I had won, and put a "cancel" on them.  I asked why they did that?  They stated that the funds had to be put back into the account the funds came from.  I instructed them that the account had been closed down, and to please forward the refund to my new account.  That was denied.  They said they had to refund the money to the same account.  That once it was rejected by my bank, they would issue a check and mail it to me.  That was over a month ago.  Liquidation misrepresents their items.......sells crap disguised as high quality items.  They have been rude, didnt give a s**t.  Now?  Im probably going to have to wait another 3 months for them to fix this latest issue.  The auction I paid over $900 for.  $600 which was shipping.

Do yourself a favor, do not buy from them.  They deny legitimate claims.  Refuse refunds, as pictures of the label on the box were not taken!!  Really?????
