This will be my first time ever writing a complaint regarding the poor customer service of a company.  I'm a very tolerant person but this company was so awful to deal with that I have decided it was worth my time and energy to notify others about my experience.  If I had to do it over again I would most definitely not purchase anything from this company.

I purchased a TRX suspension trainer from them in October and received the product within the specificied timeframe, although I do believe that it is counterfiet since it doesn't have the official tag that TRX puts on all their products but unlike others who have posted the trainer was made correclty and doesn't appear to be defective in any way.  The problem with the company started when I received another TRX trainer in December that I did not order but was not charged for.  I contacted the company via email and informed them that I had received this item and would be happy to return it if I could send it back without it costing me anything.  The first email I received thanked me for my honesty and said they would have UPS send me the mailing labels so I could return it.

During the next 7 weeks I was told that the labels were sent to my email address, to find out they were using a different email address.  When I told them this other email was not mine, they kept insisting that this other email address had to be mine because it came from the Paypal account associated with the order.  During the next 7 weeks I was sent threatening emails, telling me that they would charge my Paypal account if I didn't send the product back.  They insisted that all I had to do was get access to this "other" email address.  I contacted Paypal and was assured that the company wouldn't be able to charge my account.

The company kept insisting that they could only send the UPS labels to the email address used on the order.  I kept telling them I did not order this TRX and that all they had to do was send the UPS labels to the email address I've always used.  Finally I heard back from a supervisor who had the labels sent to my true and only email address.  The return address on the labels was for a location in Los Angeles.  I sent the supervisor back a note and said once again that it was obvious that the person who actually ordered this TRX was from CA and it was not my address and asked why they could never figure out why this product was sent to me in error.  Here was his response:  "no need to argue about the matter".  That is when I sent this note in reply, "I for sure will be using social media to warn other potential customers about your lack of customer service and accountability."  Here is what they replied, "Threatening with slander will be dealt with by our legal team. We have been very professional with you and explained to you numerous times the issues that your order was placed by you using your old information you provided to paypal and yet you have been extremely stubborn to understand this and kept arguing it was us."

By law I wasn't even required to send this product back but thought I'd do the right thing since I'm in business also and mistakes are made.  But the lack of accountability and appreciation for the fact that I went out of my way to return a product I never ordered was truly unbelievable.  I'm just fortunate that they couldn't charge my account and didn't owe me any money.
