Complaint Review: Lisa'a Beauty Salon inside of Angie's Beauty Supply

Since I am constanlty looking for a versitile style to wear my hair in I wanted to get a wig made. I contacted Lisa who said she made wigs for $45, then said that was only for glue in services what I wanted would be $75 for 2 bunles of hair and $100 for three.

I was reluctant but I went along with it because she assured me that she does a wonderful job, well that was a lie. She seemed to be having a difficult time constructing the wig and it was ver loose and full of hole when she was done but I thoght that was due to the cap she used.

Abot 2 weeks later I cantacted her because the whole thing was falling apart and she got very agressive with me, cursing saying I waited too late to complain, when she sewed the wig on remind you. I had to have my hair rebraided because she had done a poor, lazy job.

Now the salon is probably in a million health code violations and her certicicate on the wall is probably a sham. The salon is very dirty, unorganized and small. She had her 15 yearold daughter working on a client because she was rushing trying to finish my wig.

Her other daughter were sevicing clients as well she was of age, but was doing a poor job as far as I could tell. I drove so far wasted gas, $100, time and ahir.
