Lisa Ba eBay scam Pachino SR Italy
I purchased on eBay a pair of EMU boots for my wife from the seller ottimo-2008 (lisa_ba2002@yahoo.com). On the auction she stated "delivery within 10 days". It is now 42 days after I paid, I received nothing, the seller refuses to refund me and she does not provide the reasons why. I turned the matter to PayPal, but they were unable to refund me.
