I too was ripped off by Lisa Grey. Many others have experienced the same. DO NOT buy anything from her. I am going to do everything in my power to make her pay me back for what I rightfully deserve.

I sent her the payment IN FULL immediatly after receiveing the purchase contract, which I still have a hold of. The day my puppy was supposed to arrive, he never did. I called to get a hold of her, no response. I spoke to her daughter instead who said that the puppy had been taken to the vet hospital due to extremely low blood sugar.

Later I spoke to Lisa, she said she'd wait a few days and ship him out. I agree. Few days later, no puppy. No contact from her either. After doing this a few more times, and over the span of several weeks, I agreed to have a healthier puppy shipped to me.

The healthier puppy never arrived, even though I made 3 trips to the airport because the puppy was supposed to arrive those days. I finally booked a flight myself and sent the confirmation to both lisa and I. She agreed and said the puppy would be shipped out the next day. She never shipped out the puppy.

Several days later, I got a hold of Lisa and asked for my money back. It took me 3 to 4 weeks to get her to send the check out. She sent the check less the $200 deposit even though it was HER FAULT that the business transaction was never completed.

I deposited the check into my account. OF COURSE IT BOUNCED, and I have to pay the fees for this woman's dishonesty and deceitfulness.

Arielle,

you know that you called off the transaction, not me. You picked another puppy and while waiting for a flight due to the heat and dad's illness, you called it off yourself.

read my site, the $200 deposit is non-refundable.
I am not going to spend my time and energy wasted on this useless mess. You girls really need to get a life.

RACHEL, many others?! really! you need to be honest with everyone. the only dissatisfied people have been Donna (now fine) Arielle (because she expected a full refund) and you.

I do admit that things have been a pretty large mess around my house for a few months now due to the hardship we've been through with dad.

Donna Frates is now very happy both with her dog and her papers. I am corresponding with her. Her friend also has 2 dogs with papers who are also very-very healthy.

As far as reporting me to the local "authorities", you would probably be surprised as Donna was to learn that I have a great relationship with the community. A number of teachers at the local high school have puppies from me over the years. They are all very happy with them and I couldn't ask for better homes. I invite anyone to come and pick up their puppies themselves and don't require a deposit for the people who do.

I have also changed my policy in regards to early deposits, I don't take them. The puppy has to be at least 6-7 wks before I will accept a deposit and even then, the puppy won't leave my home until at least 9-10 wks.

Still today I haven't heard from Lisa. I filed a complaint with the NEBA site on her website and they have contacted. I filed with the FBI site as well, and haven't heard anything. I've filed complaints with a lot of places and have heard nothing. Have you filed a complaint on her website? Have you tried contacting animal control or the police department in her home town?

I'm really sorry to hear about your loss. We need to stop this lady from ripping people off.
