Lisa Li, web analyst at Disney Parks and Resorts, while not in a management position, has harassed her coworkers several times for a status report to her which she totally has no right of asking. Such demeanor reflects her badly. Especially with her malicious intention to fail her coworker simply because the coworker didn’t reply to her message quick enough due to attending meetings. Working with such personality sounds too risky and terrible, isn’t it?

Also when a coworker has accidentally discovered some mistake she made and was just trying to confirm, she immediately tried to shut the coworker up by saying that is not the point to look into and direct the coworker somewhere else.

The fake and ever narrow minded Lisa Li, were also ignoring a task for almost a year even the client manager has requested it done for numerous times. The company performance guardian against other coworkers without the management title, why can’t she perform herself?
