These cards are just as outlined below within the text of the ad. Our connections at these processing centers can obtain any of the listed cards. We simply need one form completed, along with payment, and your processing begins immediately. It takes 3 weeks or so, sometimes sooner. Funds were sent and to date there has been no card and no response from Lisa Morgan.

Throughout the process, I kept getting updates as to all systems are go. Then I was told that the card was in the mail on 21 August 09; and on 26 August I informed her that the card had not been received. And since then, there has been no response to my request for a refund which was stated in the agreement that we both signed. I sent a certified letter requesting a refund and also have sent several emails as well as made numerous phone calls. All to no avail. No response, no followup or anything.
