Complaint Review: Lisa Poe

 "Do not" do business with Lisa Poe LISA POE IS A LIER AND A FRAUD! She was the Park Manager for a Senior Citizens community. Listed below are the scams and lies she tried to pull on Park Residents in Hidden Hills, in Deland, FL. According to the background checks on the Internet Lisa Poe has 5 different Aliases and has lied and scammed the Residents of Hidden Hills. The Park Maintenance man that Lisa Poe hired went by the name Mike Johnson. Sharon Stewart and Lisa Poe told park Residents he was not related to Lisa. Lie's Mike's real name is Christopher Poe. According to the background check he has a long rap sheet. As park employee's they have unlimited access to our personal banking info, social security #'s and copies of our drivers License. Update: Lisa and the so called Mike Johnson (Chris Poe) are married! This all started shortly after Lisa Poe was hired. Lisa as Park Manager handed out about 70 notices to our Residents to have their homes washed. Lisa hand wrote on the notice the Residents use "The Clean Team" another lie and scam! The name on the notice was Chris. We now it was "Christopher Poe". Lisa's husband! Update: I just found out the owner of "The Clean Team" is Lisa Poe! They claimed to the park residents that Lisa had no ties the this company. Another lie! Oh did I mention they tried to charge twice what we normally pay. The next lie was "The Green Clean Landscaping Co." that Lisa was going to replace our currant landscaping Co with. We found out Lisa has this company set up under another relative. This is Lisa's Son. (Zachary Bomar). He was just arrested on Monday 4-1-14 and according to the newspaper he was arrested for feeing and eluding. Zachary Bomar was also arrested on 2-2-13 for a sex assault. The Green Clean Landscaping and Commercial Services , LLC started up 5-28-13, The same time they tried to fire "Brian" our currant Landscaping service. Again Lisa Poe and Sharon Stewart claim this business had no ties to Lisa Poe. More lies and fraud! On 2-7-14 Lisa set up an LLC. called Main Street Mobile Home Brokers. She filed a Limited Liability Corp. with an address in Orlando as her home address. Remember she was living at 701 E. Ohio. (we think this was illegal to put false information on an LLC). And her new office space for this Corp. according to her web site is at 1004 N. Woodland Blvd. We talked to the owner of that building and Lisa gave him an address of 623 Amelia Ave. Lisa has also listed Hidden Hills homes on her web site. Note: It is my opinion she is trying to scam Seniors here just like Lisa tried to do with the other business. Please note: I am only reporting what we found on the Internet in public records. Please feel free to check this information for yourselves. My biggest concern right now is Lisa and her family have our bank records, social security #s and even have copies of our drivers license. We really don't think anyone wants these people to have that kind of access to our personal information. (maybe its time to check our credit reports to insure no fraud accounts have been set up) We as Residents have to pass credit checks and back ground checks. Its all for nothing if the Owners "ARC Investments" don't do the same for their employee's. We have sent this info to: The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), I will also be reporting this to AARP Elder watch and Seniors vs. Crime. Update on 4-9-14 Lisa accused me of "stalking violence" the court date for this was 4-8-14 Lisa claims she was to sick to show up for court. The Judge was going to reschedule until the Judge was told of all Lisa's scams, lies and corruption. He then dismissed the charges for the "stalking Violence" Lisa lied here also! Lisa showed up at the court house to reschedule but was to sick to stay. Another Lie! It took the Residents of Hidden Hills a year of documenting and letter writing to finally get Lisa Poe fired! The Regional Manager "Sharon Stewart" of Great Florida Living defended Lisa Poe over and over again. Sharon and Lisa would harass Residents that exposed the lie and fraud. The way Sharon Stewart managed the park and Lisa Poe was an abuse of power. The Harassment the Senior Citizens had to endure was uncalled for.
