We have received the Complete Filled rental application Form attached to your e mail. My Husband and I had a very long debate about it but at the tail end I was able to convince him that your application is modest enough and we do not have any reason to doubt either your ability to take care of the property or be on-time with payments (Beginning with this one, because that is the only reason he might want to change his mind) So far so Good, You have been forthcoming with us.


We have  accepted your application and giving you the opportunity to rent our property and live in it as long as you have stated in the rental application or even more depending on how our relationship in the future as property owner - Tenant is being maintained.


Now we have prepared the rental agreement already signed by us, Lease Papers and Keys to be shipped to your present address as indicated on the rental application at your earliest convenience. However, before we can do this, you are required to make The Payment for the Security Deposit and the first month rent making to me. So I can secure the house in your name till youre desired move in date and to take the property off market for proper endorsement and documentation.

 

 In order for me to be able to mail the entrance documents and keys to you through the DHL courier service Express Delivery overnight with the address provided by you while filling out the application Form, Payment Is to be wired to us through the Western Union Money Transfer with my details below and get back to me with the (MTCN 10digit number) for confirmation which will be issue to you after payment:

 Meanwhile your money is refundable if the house do not suit to your taste, Once the wire transfer has been made today, You are to let me know the name you use in sending the money and also send me the confirmation numbers (MTCN) that would be issued to you after payment

So I will be sure the money has been sent. Once I receive payment today, I will set out to mail the package to your address as indicated.

 The package will contain the following items,

 1) Entrance and the rooms Keys

 2) Paper/Permanent house form

 3) The house documents file

  I am giving you access to my property not for any other reason but trust. I would not like a situation where my trust would be misplaced. Do everything you can to avoid defacing or destroying the property in any manner. I trust that you wouldn't let me down. Hope to hear from you soon, so we can get this over and done. Once more, I am counting on you.
