Complaint Review: Listia

 I won this Auction on Dec 10th, 2014...This woman scammed me and Listia is siding with her keeping my credits of 5500 on a sterling silver/emerald ring and relisting item...AFTER she states she sent it out...here is the auction and conversation. I sent you my address through an email on the auction site, you therefore stated you shipped it, now you say you are going to relist it?? You never mailed it and I want my credits back!!!! How could you not mail now, when you mailed it the 11th????? sounds like a lie to me and by the way, since your new to this...LISTIA reviews are messages to each other and determines who is in the right and who is in the wrong.
