Complaint Review: Listia

I had an account with this site .Someone hacked into my account with another screenname and set up an account without me knowing.listia sent me letters to my e-mail saying my account was suspended because i had opened up another account when i didnt.i wrote to them about this as i didnt do it.Instead of looking into this they kept sending me e-mails saying that it was in thier rules that you can not have two accounts.I read thier terms when i signed on and i knew this.I was happy with the one account that i had i did not need two accounts as i didnt have enough credits to have two accounts.They still say that it was my fault even though i got an e-mail from them saying that Noreply was not a  good thing.Hes the one that hacked my account .I keep getting e-mails from him acting as if hes from listia. i have drafts  saved to prove this.Listia needs to get that hacker off of thier site as he will hack other accounts .If this person is on the Listia team hes a fake.Beware everyone.Hes ruined my account with them and they wont do anything about it.This is a rip off site and needs to be looked into.
