Promised to schedule 1-2 appointments per week. NEVER scheduled even ONE! Only recieved 6 "leads" in 6 months that weren't even in the area that I work in. The leads that were given to me either had no intention of selling their homes or was told that I had a specific buyer for their home.
Not one lead was in the area that I sent them. Contract stated full refund if not satisfied in 6 months. Denied refund. TOTAL SCAM. I am looking to create a class action lawsuit against them if anyone is interested in joining forces, please contact me.

10 years ago it was taboo to have an ISA prospecting for you.

There are only 3 reasons why the program would not work for an agent. We have had 250+ partners in our schedule for almost a decade and we are always dealing a dozen that don't take listings.
The 3 reason why an agent would not succeed are:
1- They don't send their numbers for us to prospect. They get busy or just stop then blame us when we can't prospect for them.
2- They don't give us feedback on listings taken or they don't sign referral agreements. The agent is in breach at that point and we will stop calling.
3- The agent simply can't take a listing. Taking listings requires skill. Most of our partners have that skill... some were expecting a "magic pill."
