On 7-18-2002 I went to Lit l Tex Autoplex tom see about trading my 1994 van. I had purchased the van and another vechicle there in the past.My van was running well and I had no problems at all from the day I bought it. I just wanted something else.

I traded my van for a 1991 Chrysler new yorker /Fifth ave. It was a nice car. I guess I purchased it about 1:00pm that day.I drove home which was Round Rock Tx at that time about 45 miles away. When I got home I noticed there was water all in the floor board of the car. I had also noticed the odometer was not working and by the time I got home the a/c would not work it would only stay on high. You could not even turn it off. The tranmission was also slipping at this time.

The next morning at 10:00 am when Lit l Tex opens I was there. I explained the problems. I ask for my van back. It was not on the lot at that time but I was told By Larry Burgin (owner). It was to much trouble to redo the paperwork. He assured me it would all be fixed.I was at his shop till 5:00pm at the end of the day nothing could be fixed by his repair man. He sent me to another repair man two days later. I sat there from 7:30am-4:00pm no parts came in ,I again went home with nothing fixed.

I returned the next day. The repairman replaced my odometer with an old one, he did fix the a/c.A week later I returned to litl Tex about the transmision problem. Larry got a bottle of fix-it stuff and poured into the transmission fluid. This did not work. Again a week later I returned again he sent me to have transmission fluid changed. This also did not fix the problem.

I sent Litl Tex autoplex a letter 3 weeks ago explaining all the problems. I was sold a car that the odometer was not working so I do not really know how many miles this car has on it. I found out the car had been set up under a fenced area for 3 months prior to being sold to me. Larry promised to fix this car. He did not . I want another car. or $2500. What I put into my van as payments before I traded it and he can have his car back.
