This Clown has a Scam. Selling Items on Ebay he offers Free Shipping. If your bid is to low and a winner he adds $50.00 shipping. Nither Ebay or PayPal will reimburse shipping charges. Thus your only way out is to cancel your order (just what he wants) so he won't lose any $$$$$$$.The worse thing is it makes him look good because you are the one to cancel.
