Complaint Review: Litfad Lei Zhang/ Tianqin warehouse Fake Furniture

I searched for several months for a nice stylish desk for my pre-teen daughter. Hoping to finally get one by Christmas, I felt my search was over when I found one on Litfad. It was just less than $300, but also took over 5 weeks to arrive. I was extremely disappointed when I took the pieces out of the box. They were almost like thick cardboard - and several pieces were damaged. I sent 10 pictures to the company demanding my money back as the desk was extremely flimsy, crappy, you name it. The only response from the company was:

"For your   problem,   we can offer resend the replacement of the broken fitting for free.

If you want  refund, you need to return to us first. But we did sent the correct item , we do not offer free return service, and the first time shipping fee will be subtracted. Please understand.
Our return address is in Foshan, China. The time cost and freight cost of returning the goods are very high.

I actually did package up the pieces, wrote the shipping address and took it to DHL to prove the ludicrasy of returning such a sizeable item to China. DHL quoted me approx. $300. Litfad continued to write the same response.
