Complaint Review: Litigation Services of Georga

 I received a call today from a Litigation Services of Georgia from a lady named Sara Smith at #1-678-257-1865 and a main number I called back of #1-678-647-6252. They had my bank information and the last 4 of my SS#. She told me that lowed a payday loan from 2011 from a parent company called AA Enterprises for $3000.00 and that they could settle it for $1200.00 or that I can pay $712.85 down and make 4 payments of 587.85. She stated that she could only hold this for 48 hours, which would be Thursday May 4th @ 1530PM and then they would file the affidavit for felony charges for willful deceit of a financial company and writing a bad check. I don't remember this company and the lady couldn't specifically tell me which payday loan company it was d/t AA Enterprises being the parent company of over 100 payday loan companies. I called the local FBI office and they stated that it was a scam dlt threatening me with an affidavit if I didn't pay them. I researched this on the computer and it does seem to be a scam. I have reported this to my Attorney, FBI, Attorney General, US Commerce Department, and local authorities.
