I have never short changed any employee any money.  All employees if they have a dispute amount money owed all they have to do is provide the proper paper work to prove the hours they have worked an we issue another check.  As far employee having the wrong ss #.  Again all they have to do is look at their chekc and let me know and it is an easy change.  I do not know who this employee is but I am certain he/she did not leave in good standing and provide us with a accurate mailing address for their w-2.  All we can do is mail them to the address we have listed.  I have never ripped off an employee and if I accidentily under paid an employee all they have to do is provide me with the proper paperwork and it is easy resolved.  However, just because an  ex-employee says something doesn't make it so.  I feel this is sour grapes and nothing else because if I truly owed someone money small claims court and the labor board would be better channels to get your money.
