The management company (meb) is a mess. A terrible mess. Deadlines and commitments are often missed. Furthermore, property staff is rude, careless and overall inept for simple obligations, tenant commitments. I was once a happy renter. Although, Little Cottonwoods has now lost merely all professionalism and accountability, in just six months.

Don't be wooed by the improvement's. This matter is being handled by The Maricopa County Health Department (Case# 1400536). ROACHES are an epidemic in this complex. They are clearly aware of this, but obviously will not disclose prior to your signing a lease (just ask them) I have been a resident now for 18 months, the exterminator has had to spray my unit roughly five times, to little or no effect.

Furthermore, I have a medical condition (disability) that my doctor has determined could pose health issues if  I was to exposed to the consistently increasing, more intense delivery of fogging etc. Therefore, per the request of Kathleen, I provided an official letter from my Dr on November 26, 2013 stating that a more (eco-friendly) extermination process would be necessary to completely avoid any harmful chemical exposure. They have now since knowingly ignored and refused to acknowledge or accommodate the request of my Dr and thus further refusing to make necessary arrangements to a chronic roach issue. As a result or the last two months, they are in the kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom. They have crawled in my bed, fall out of my clothes, hair brush, their in the TV and even lighting fixture's. Very sadly, as  resident of Little Cottonwoods, I have spend nearly $1,000 a month to live in a bug box and spend a good amount of time just killing roaches.

Sincerely.

Colorado,

Sorry for the bug problem, but did you know that it only takes ONE person in the complex..

that disregards basic cleanliness will repeatedly affect all others in the complex.  These people don't know or don't care about what happens to others and are oblivious to the problem. That and careless smokers starting fires in complexes have kept me from EVER living in an apartment or complex.  It's a never ending problem.  Oh, yeah, watch for the bedbugs that are likely still on the way from careless tenants.
