 I ordered an item for a Christmas present in October. After many texts and calls with little to no response,i,went to the store to pick up the product and she informed me that it was backordered. I then asked for my money back and she replied that she doesn't have cash. She asked for my PayPal address. She has yet to pay me back!!!! She has done this to several other people also. Gives them the run around. Doesn't open her store at the hours posted, doesn't fulfill orders in a timely manner and definitely doesn't communicate.

 I was unable to get the boots ordered through the vendor as they were on back order. I was hoping to get them before Christmas, I do not keep cash on hand at the shop for safety reasons. Customer has been refunded fully.
