On May 26, 2010, I ordered 3 sets of LITTLE GIANT BLUEBERRY plants, (buy 2 get one free, but you pay $4.95 extra for shipping), then you click PROCESS ORDER. The website then takes you to another page and it asks you if you want more blueberries. You select how many & click NEXT. The next page asks if you want strawberries, then another page asks if you want blackberries, then raspberries, etc. After a string of these You click NEXT, and instead of being able to look at what is in your cart before you confirm your order, you get an ORDER CONFIRMED. No edit cart, look at your cart, nothing! Just "ORDER CONFIRMED"!!

I got #30 in blueberries then went through the above ordeal. Added 2 blackberry, 2 raspberry, and 1 strawberry plant. When I got to the ORDER CONFIRMED page, I had my credit card charged for $210!!! $90.33 for SHIPPING. I called 10 minutes later to cancel the order. The person who answered told me that they cant even see the order for 48 to 72 hours after the order is placed(it doesn't get downloaded for that long, he said?!?!). So, I called back 24 hours after my order was placed, (MAY 27, 2010) and the lady said, "Sorry. That order has been shipped." I explained to her that I was told that the order took 48-72 hours to download, and she said it usually does. I asked her how I could cancel and she just kept saying, "I am sorry, ma'am, but that order has been shipped."

On June 4, 2010 I received a SMALL 2X4X8 inch box filled with bunches of TWIGS. They were UNLABELED, so I had no idea which ones were blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or blackberries. The shipping date was JUNE 1, 2010, NOT May 27, 2010 like the customer service representative told me. They also don't tell you that you need to have TWO different types of blueberries so they can cross pollinate, or you won't produce ANY!!! So, I got 28 twigs, total weight TWO POUNDS and paid $90 to ship via UPS ground. And, it was shipped 5 days after they said it was.

I experienced the same thing ordering the blueberry plants at about 1am in the morning on their website. I bought the extra plant/s too thinking they were just going to charge me for shipping, but I paid double..about $44.00. And the website does not let you check/confirm the order like most internet companies. I figured If I call real early the next morning to cancel it (about 5 hours later it shouldnt be a problem). I called the company at about 6:30am california time about 6 hours after I ordered and they said its already been shipped out. YEAH RIGHT!. Not much I can do about it. Well, I received the plants with no instructions. Most looked brown and dead. I planted them to the best of my knowledge and acquired research tips. They didnt grow a centimeter. I called back about a month later (may have been more or less than 30 days, I dont remember). They agreed to ship 6 more plants to me with no charge at all. This time they came with instructions. They didnt look very lively when they arrived. I planted them accordingly about just over 2 weeks ago and they have not appeared to make a move and appear to be turning browner. Its probably best to buy a plant at the local nursery or Home Depot for a few dollars more.
