Litton Loan Servicing bought my loan from Countywide Home Loans in January of 2005. 2 payments paid to Countrywide Home Loans were never forwarded to Litton Loan Servicing. They automatically put my home loan in a 60 day late status charing false and fraudulant fees and fines. I the consumer have tried to contact Countrywide to collect the money for Litton, I have provided Litton with all the documentation and information needed and they still are keeping my account at a 60 day default status. Then in August of 2005 I mailed a payment that keeps increasing for no reason to Litton Loan Service. They said the payment was returned to them 2x from my bank as NSF and now they are going to foreclose on my house at the end of Septemeber.

On Septemeber 6th, I called my bank manager and she researched my account. Litton did not even attempt to cash my check once or even twice. When I called Litton back to try to get any answers to this claim and find out why they did not even cash my check and lied to me, they refused to answer. I reguested a copy of the check front and back with proof of NSF from my bank and they were unavaiable to provide that to me. I gave them my account information over the phone for the payment of $1157.00 and they took $1745.50 instead. For what they call a late fee.

On Sept 7th, I just called again to request for the check and they will not provide it to me. They refer me to fax a letter to their CART Deptartment @ 713-966-8975. I hung up and called Litton right back and the next rep. said they have never heard of that department or fax that I must fax it to their dispute department @ 713-960-8767. So I faxed two letters to two different fax numbers and when I called to confirm receipt of payment, neither department could be reached.

Now I am having to go out and refinance my home to a bank such as Wells Fargo bank who does not sell their loans.

Do not ever have your home loan through Litton Loans. The only way I can even see how they even get loans is by buying other banks loans and then ripping off the homeowner.

Do some research before refinancing with another company

I read your complaint about this company and strongly urge you to check the Rip-Off Reports for complaints filed against Wells Fargo and America's Servicing Company.

If you must refinance please check into what a Credit Union can do for you. Or at least find a company that does not sell the servicing of their loans.
