After continueously battling with Litton Loan, Better Business Bureau telling people to go to court to solve problems with Litton. Memo's sent to government officials and politicians trying to get something done now not after losing home.

I called litton because as usual they are charging me for insurance, late charges and coorporate fees that I do not owe. My loan is current and has been for several months. I went into foreclosure after Litton did not count a payment inwhich I made, then they did not accept a payment until their lawyers (I should refer to as con and rip off artists) accepted my 22,000 to get my loan up to date.(By the way, it should have been only 13,000. I paid the 22 thou to keep my home.

Today I called Litton and they are saying I still owe lots from the foreclosure. They are saying I am behind on payments of coorporate fees and late fees which I am not even late the a***s.

JP Morgan holds my note and are just as bad. They say they are helping people to save their home but they are not! They are letting Litton put homes in foreclosure so they can help take homes from honest hard working people.

I called the Better Business Bureau and they said that Litton does not solve their issues and they has an unsatisfactory rating. They told me if anyone wants to file, they need to go to Small Claims Court. Alot of help they were.

I have contacted many people and finally received a letter back from the Attorney Generals Office and FTC and Congressman who is now looking over the papers I have handed over to them.

Lets get a few facts straight from these mortgage lenders. If you do not have a home and are planning on buying one do not. New regulations need to be in effect before you do so you do not fall victim to these vultures like Litton and JP Morgan Chase. Everyone who is having these problems need to band together and keep on working on representatives, FTC, Attorney General etc. They are looking into the situation. Do not give up!!!

I have never dealt with the Better Business Bureau until now and am throughally disappointed in their lack of expertise. If they are unsatisfactory, then a company should be turned into government agencies and licenses should be taken away and books should be looked at.
Before exiting, I would also like to add that you need to turn this company into the Tax Department because if you look at their practices after you save your home they are not forwarding their information correctly for taxes (so they are probably ripping them off too). If it is not right on your paperwork it is not right on the government paperwork. They actually called me to verify and send them more information on Litton. I was happy to turn it over:).
