I had been through bankruptcy beginning 06/04/06 and was discharged on 06/20/2011.   Litton Loan Servicing LP sold my mortgage to Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC effective September 1, 2011.   In the transfer of my mortgage Litton transferred legal and late fees, which had been paid through the amounts paid to Litton in the bankruptcy.

I have sent Ocwen confirmation of the charges and how they were paid; and, Ocwen refuses to correct the charges.   Ocwen has paid approximately two-thirds of the $1700+ amount with $1060.04 that was in their suspense account toward these charges.   They are saying I still owe $506 for these fees.   These charges were paid through bankruptcy and prior to bankruptcy.  In fact, I had overpaid and should be credited with $681.00

I did owe Litton (and now Ocwen) over $7,000 for an escrow amount used to pay property taxes during my bankruptcy.   This is not the contension, the legal and late fees are!!!  There was an amount of $1060.04 in the suspense account that could have been used to pay toward the escrow account not for erroneous fees.

I also confirmed all payments by going through my bank account and getting amounts paid to Litton; and, also taken from receipts received from Litton for payments; copy of bankruptcy papers showing the amount to be paid to Litton through bankruptcy.

Ocwen refuses to acknowledge my confirmation of payments of late fees & legal fees and correct.
