Complaint Review: Litton Loan Servicing LP

I have been a victim by this company. It was all a misunderstanding through litton sending a man to my personal home. He had a job order in his hand to winterize my house. He came to the wrong house. In the process of doing this while I was there. He destroyed everything with hoses and I had to gut out my entire house due to his neglegence. I called Litton while this man was doing this and they told me to get him off my property and it was a big mistake this man was at the wrong property. Than they said im sorry to me and that they would pay for all the damages occured while this man was at my home. The total house had to be gutted out.

My hardwood floors and cabinets heating system etc.......was all destroyed. The total of out of the pocket cost me eighty thousand dollars. They still have not reemburst me. I have all the photos of this man destroying my home. This whloe thing should of never happened. They know they did wrong and they still have not paid me. Trying to get a hold of their insurrance company is worse than trying to get a hold of the President.

I don't recommend anyone to get a loan through these people. My payments were all in time and I was paying them. Litton promised to pay for there mistake. They still have not payed me.
