Our loan was sold three times in the first three months. We tried to follow all the changes and get all our payments in on time. One payment was sent (on time) to the wrong company. We called right away and they sent the payment to Litton.

I called Litton 13 times - EACH TIME going through all the prompts, listening to each message before getting the prompts, then finally getting a customer service rep and having to give them my address, phone number, social security number, etc. This process took hours! One day I was on the phone several times to them and it took over 4 hours!!!

EACH TIME I told them the problem and told them the payment had been wired but Litton would not accept the payment.

EACH TIME they said they would do somehting about it, but didn't. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to their Voice Mail. I never received a call back.

This process took over a month to resolve and finally, it took a call to my attorney to get them to listen. After the call to the attorney the problem was resoved the next day!

During this time, Litton hounded us with nasty calls and late fees - which were reversed thanks to our attorney. We are good customers, pay our bills on time, have good credit and do not deserve this kind of treatment!

My suggestion - save time - call your attorney FIRST!
