I have every paper that has ever came and when I have been following my loan for eight years and every times I get close to an answer my loan is sold and I have to start over. I have every document from when the house was bought to date and I keep all checks as they come back the last time Litton came for me I filed chapter 13 to give myself time to fix this loan since I know that I will not get any help from Litton. Now if this was a test case it would be a good one because I have all my paper work I have do it before and I will do it again I just need a little help here the road blocks are just getting very large.

I will stick to this to the end and they will not make me go away. After awhile its not just the money its how you are treated as a person it took along time since I have been this mad. But I will not quit until this is resolved. If they have any question about that Litton lawyers should look up GUY v HARTFORD its in the law books that was me I did not get much and Iam still in pain because by the time we were done fighting it was to late but at least know will have to go through what I did and that makes me feel good.

I know there is at least 8,000.00 of use or more because Litton has 650,000.00 or loans they deal with.

Warmest Regards,

Janet

i was a victim also, they wouldnt take any partial payments from me , harrassing calls nonstop, keep telling me just call when you get the money, then they raised the reinstatment fee, they did this over and over to me , they also called me names, accussed me of being a deadbeat, i was like i got money, let me send it please, they let me get 3900.00 behind, then refused payments. thees people are crooks they dont care, about customers, they lied to me also. they need doors closed also. i refinanced, and now i am with a worse company, also from texas, i filed a complaint with the texas attorney general, received a letter stating they couldnt help me cause i dont live in texas. good luck, the ftc isnt helping me neither, its terrible where do victims go for help?

Litton Loan Servicing - Liars

My 1st mortgage was transferred to Litton. In Sept. 2005, after the hurricanes and the gas prices soared, my husband's work suffered terribly. I called Litton to explain and asked to make payment arrangements. They sent us the paperwork, which was signed and returned, we made the required payment which put us in one 30 day late status. We started receiving phone calls and certified letters threating default and foreclosure. We fully intended to keep our agreement with the payment agreemement, too bad companies like Litton can't seem to do what they offer and promise. We borrowed money from family to make payment completely current and have stayed that way. Litton still calls and wants to know if we intend to honor the payment agreement (even though it has expired).

#4Consumer Suggestion

Mon, December 05, 2005

I am my cousin are victims of Litton Loan Servicer,LP tryed to foreclose on my home, but was unsucessful. However, they did foreclose and auctioned off my cousin's home, refuse to let me save his home and has engaged in foreclosure thievery. I was wondering if I could possibly get in touch with Janet of Pasadena to get more information on her court case. I am trying to reach victims in the Baltimore, Maryland area who may have information on a good attorney to who deal in mortgage/foreclosure fraud to take my case. So far I have been unsuccessfuly in locating a pro bono attorney. Is there any attorney out there that can contact Rip-off Report so they will put you in contact with us?

Thanks!
