Litton Loan Servicing LP ripoff paid online but lender states payment returned for NSF bank states lender never sent through. Has happen 2 months in a row. Lender adding late fees and reporting to credit agencys. sent documentation will proceed with suit if not corrected. Houston Texas

Our mortgage loan was sold to them and we have been paying online. The last 2 months they have kicked back our payments staying we had insufficient funds. We verify with bank that they never even presented payment and Litton added 25.00 late fees 2x for these months. I'm sending documentation of bank records to show them we did have the funds and where they didn't even send payment through. Can never get anyone on the phone.
