Litton Loan Servicing Mortgage RIPOFF FRAUD LIES DECEPTION RUN AROUND FEES INS-TAX LIES Houston Texas
My father's loan was sold to Litton from PCFS in...well we aren't sure as we were never informed. He fell behind on a payment, and also found out that they had lied about paying the taxes and insurance for us, and charging us. He just had a lawyer go to court over the tax issue--which litton has tried to tell us now that they paid (cost us 3200$). We currently have forclosure papers, auction papers.
We have spoken with various customer service people, have difficulty getting a supervisor. One employeee in particular (louis) made arrangements with my father, that he is now denying. They have told us on many occasions that they will work with us on payments as long as we pay the attorney fees, late fees, and "up your a*s " fees. And then say later they have no record of that. They are liars, manipulators, fraudulent, rude, unresponsive, and we are willing and wanting to do anything we can to stop this from happening to us and anyone else.
If anyone has any ideas, or advise as to what we can do to get these people off our backs, or right the wrong they are doing, we would appreciate any help. We are looking at losing our house, and my father, myself and 2 children being homeless because we are lower income hard working americans getting screwed by the system.

Litton loan is everything bad that you can possibly say about it.AND WORSE!!
We are planning a march on Washington for July 4, 2006.
Litton Loan will be only ONE of the predators targeted.
Hopefully, there will be planned marches for your individual states & their capitals, for those who cannot make the trip to Washington.
In our planning stage, we are gathering information & suggestions...we are starting with a blank slate.
We will be needing media coverage and perhaps a sponsor....to help us with the logistics...
Anything that you can do or suggest to generate media coverage or sponsoring by such as: Senators...Congress Representatives AARP....ACORN....NOW....NAACP please let us know...we will check this thread every 2-3 days..
Do you have lists, numbers, names of any of the above....that we can post here & other sites to contact both nationally & locally for each state ???
Please join us...give suggestions...this has to be done on as big of a scale as possible!!!

Stephany..start keeping a Litton Loan Diary and if you can, buy a phone recorder and record every phone call that u have with them in case in the future you have to show evidence in court. Pay your own Tax and Insurance (end the escrow account). Make sure you keep all your receipts and anything related to Litton in a file. Find out what Law Firms are participating in Class Action Lawsuits against Litton. You can even google in complaints or Law Suits against Litton and various sites will pop up. Try to refinance with another lender and do the research first on what ever lender u select. Make sure they don't sell their servicing to Litton.
