Litton is putting current payments (however much they decide it is) in forebearance and leaving them there till the end of the due month. Currently, according to their statement, after their "fees" and escrow is deducted from my payment, there is more than enough money held in forebearance to cover the principle payment and interest. Yet it remains in forebearance.

Litton is charging me an unusually high amount of money to my escrow for insurance when they have been provided with complete policy and coverage dates 4 times in the past 8 months. My insurance policy complies with the mandate of the contract and shows not so much as a minutes lapse in coverage. Litton claims theres was a 9 month lapse even after they had been provided proof otherwise. My insurance agent even went so far as to call them and confirm the information.

My payments due, gets higher every month while they add fees to my previous payment that they are holding in forebearance. I continue to pay what they show as "due". I don't know how long I can hold out like this.
