I have been told on numerous occassions that I am at default on my account and have made arrangements and as well as paid what was asked to keep my home, now I am receiving another Notice of default because I paid on line and the money was deducted from my account on the next business date then 2 weeks later it was stating on my account miscelleanous suspense showing that I was once again late. Now I am receiving notices of default and asking for more money to get my loan caught up, I am nervous as well as angry and have had nothing but problems with the Company from day start. I am a single parent and on disabilty now and can not afford to loose my home nor make any more payments when my mortgage is current. Thank God I have all my documents and will fight this with all that I have other than money. Please help if there is any advice out there.
