Litton Loan Servicing ripoff illegal forecloser resell to their own investers Houston Texas
I was 2 weeks behind in my mortgage payment and when I sent it via Western Union, Litton refused payment because they had already started forecloser procedings.
I was not served legal papers by registered mail, and Litton keeps refusing my payments.
The only way to save my house is to file bankruptcy, so I am doing that now. Even tho the court date comes after the forecloser auction, Litton has to stop ALL actions against me as soon as I file.
I have reported them to their state Attorney General, but nothing will become of it.

I have found a way to beat Litton at their own game.

I was sucessful at stopping the forecloser auction the day before it was to take place. I am in the process of canceling the bankruptcy, refinancing the loan, and beating Litton at their own game. Litton declined the Chapter 13 proposal saying that I owe over $16000 in arrearages, but I have Western Union receipts showing that the mortgage payments have been made and accepted by Litton.
It is now going to get nasty, but at the age of 53, I am on a quest to put Litton out of business.
You DON'T have to sit back and let Litton ruin your dreams.
