My loan was recently bought by Litton Loan Servicing. I was experiencing difficulties with my mortgage as I became unemployed in Aug. 05. The current mortgage Countrywide was impossible, I sent a pmt to be eligible for their workout plan, and my pmt was denied, then received letter of it being transferred to Litton.

Transfer was effective Feb. 06, my file was assigned to an individual and I have left messages everyday for the past 2 weeks. I have not received a return phone call, the customer service people are not allowed by policy to discuss my loan with me. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and I cannot, their chain of command is to speak to the person assigned to my account first, then go through them to speak to supervisor.

It is painfully obvious to me that if I do not receive a phone call (you can never speak to them only leave messages) soon, I will without a doubt loose my home. I have not missed a pmt since I bought my home, and neither mortgage company is willing to help me (now that I am employed). Reading Littons website the words "customer focus, caring, helping" are all over their website, too bad it is all lies, and false information.
