Hi,

As I read through these reports, the more I realize that as a customer of Litton, I am facing most of the ones described here. The couple of things from Litton that really get to me are; you never get the same answer from different employees. It's like they don't communicate with each other or they don't have any type of internal controls or protocols to follow. This is hard to believe since this is a "mortgage" company. Secondly, unexplainable late fees.

Well, I hope there is some that we as customers of Litton can do. I am willing to take action, I just don't know what action to take. Please contact me if I can be of any assistance.
