Complaint Review: LITTON LOAN SERVICINGlp

Litton loan is a bunch of overpaid lying stealing B------!they took over our loan from our former company in jan.of 2004and and we have had nothing but headaches since.They say we are 120 days past due and we are now in forclosure.WE have proof that we have sent payments in as they are cashing our checks.They are holding a payment unapplied because it was 2.oo short and they give me a runaround when i call them.They tell me they dont want our home but its obviouse that they do.Icant get a straight answer from them when i do call they tell me to get all my receipts together and call them back,when i tell them i have them in front of me they still say call back.They claim they paid the taxes on our home when i know differentplus they have forced insurance on the loan.tThis loan was taken out in 97 for 53000,00with a different company we have been here10yrs not7and they say our balance is 51000.00.they also tried to get me to pay them 7000,00 andset me up on a payment plan so we wouldnt go intoforeclosure.Iknow that this loan was taken out in 87 and i know we have paid more than 2000,00 on this loan.
I beleive they pray on people with low credit scores and little money because they feel that we wont hire lawyers to fight them because we cant afford them.Iknow they dont realize that if they get the home they cant get the land because thats on a seperate mortgage.I may end up living in a tent but it would give me great satisfaction to turn my dog on them when they come for the house.
