Complaint Review: Litton Loan

Litton Loan... refuses to negotiate. my mortgage, ARM went to 10.975%!!!
and they refuse to negotiate.
I lost my job at a University, found a job which pays less than half. Litton claims I make too much money to renegotiate
Mt house is 423 feet above the river, Litton mandated flood insurance. FEMA supplied a statement Litton refused to acknowledge.
I changed home owners in order to sav money on the premium, ended up with better coverage for less, Litton refused to recognize USAA
Litton deservesd to cast out to sea, chummed for the real sharks to have a meal
Fatcats stealing from hard working Americans
