Let's start with one of the most famous acts of deception that it has been my misfortune to experience.
This company which is offered on the stock exchange (NASDAQ),and is the exclusive contractor of the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service of the U.S. Department of Defense. Has been outright stealing from unsuspecting consumers under the guise of legitimacy threw its affiliation with the government of the United States of America.

I say this because I checked this company out before I started doing business with them. Just follow the links given from the web sight shown, start with about us and go to investments.Who ever put together this fascinating bio of the company is wasting there time on such a projects as this and should get over to dream works and start producing the next mega hit.

But I digress to start with all the products descriptions are false and are photographed in there original state from the manufacture and not in the condition present at time of the auction. There dispute procedure is only good when they are willing to concede to the deception threw threat of retaliation by a third party.

Now to my personal tail woe. In the past 5 months I have spent well over 8 thousand dollars in this auction house and received a fraction of the material purchased none of witch is as described. In most cases the item is unavailable and a refund is issued. The only problem with that is I go to the web sight the day the message is received by my office and find the item listed on numerous times of auction time lines and in the same quantity offered to me.

One can only surmise that the company is obtaining unsecured interest free loans from its customers. Any one in this class care to state what legal precedent is being acted on. And the duration of the loans are in most cases more that 30 days. Auction closed 8/30/07 the amount paid $1,211.88

Today 10/30/07 refund still in transit and not expected for another 5 to 6 weeks. As per the conversation I just hade with the representative at Liquidation.com
