this clas action redemption cerficiate process is pure fraud. thery required a credit card nujm ber. I was charged for three laptops that i didnot authorize. when i attempted to cancel, they charged my credit card for three laptops at full price plus shipping. there are no contact nujmbers to reach a human voice. the FBI and FTC should investigate this internet fraud and deception.

I wish to amend title and certain info. this complaint iss directed towards the emachines redemption settlement. the comapny behind this is Liquidity Services, Inc., based in Washington DC. I was never able to contact a human representative in this class action suit computer redemption certificated. When I checked out, Iwas charged for three laptops full price and never had the $365.00 credited. I was charged full shipping. When I called to verify the UPS tracking numbers for these compujters, one of the laptops was being shipped to a bogus address outside of Alaska to and address in the lower 48 states. this has been an all around nightmare from the gitgo. KCC website is worthless as is the emachni nes redemption website. The FTC anf the FBI need to to collar these folks. they wiped out my bqank account and as a 100% disabled combat vet I have no money left un til my next check arrives. checks are going to bounce when creditors submit them to my credit union. Help!!!!
