By far the worst customer service I have ever received ordering online. I ordered some products that were supposed to be delivered on a Monday. Just before that Monday I noticed that the carrier was bouncing the package back and forward between the same two distribution locations. I waited a couple more days until the package is now 4 days late to send them an email. I explained that the package continues to bounce back and forward between the same distribution locations and asked if they can contact the shipper.

Their immediate response was "no, that's your job not ours" I explained their job was to get me the package I ordered and only after several email soaking a couple days and I felt I had no option other than to call my credit card company, did they get involved and open a ticket with a carrier. When the package finally arrived several more days later, they wrote me an email notify me of delivery. In that same email, and a couple more that followed, I was called "inpatient", "lazy", and lastly "mentally incapable" I only wish I would have seen all the similar reviews on Facebook and elsewhere before I gave them my money.
