Live Naitgon Concerts Did not receive tickets in the mail. missed show Washington, DC Nationwide
Months in advance, I purchased tickets for the Lewis Black show at the Warner Theatre in downtown DC. I started to check into why I had not received the tickets. I thought the show was for the end of May, but it turned out that the show was this past Saturday, 30 April. The tickets were not and have not been delivered to my house, and the Warner reports that the tickets were not used for the show.
So, I spent over $100 to see a show I for which I did not receive the tickets. I've contacted Live Nation and TicketMaster, but have not received any word from them.
I won't be using their "services" and/or paying their "convenience fees" ever again.
