Complaint Review: Live Nation

I purchased 2 pairs of seats for a Creed concert in IN. Every page of the checkout process shows them to be reserved seats. Even my receipt shows this. Yet the actual tickets show general admission. I called and emailed Live Nation several times and they deny having done this. I tried doing a chargeback and lost that also. I thought it was illegal to sell seats to an event that do not exist. Any help on this would be appreciated...even a class action suite against Live Nation. I am sick of these ticket companies screwing the customers without any care of us.
