Complaint Review: Live Nation VIP Nation Madonna Staples Center - VIP Seating Internet

I too purchased 4 VIP tickets for the floor.  $550.00 each.  We all thought we were getting VIP treatment and seats in the 1-20 rows from the stage on the floor.  As it turned out no VIP treatment, and there are side stages that put you further from stage.  From the floor I got to see, heads, necks and arms of the people standing in the 8 rows in front of me.  In front of them was the narrow side stage.  I was able to view a limited amount of the show by watching the video monitor.  Not fun.  Caught glimpses of Madonna shoulder up. 

We all felt extremely mislead.  I highly recommend not wasting your money for VIP floor seats.  You will not be able to enjoy the show and your time and money will have been wasted.  

We got there at 7PM and she did not go on until after 10.  I complained to the show and this is there response:

We are sorry this was not clear. If you would have contacted us before the show, we would have happily confirmed this information. Additionally, if you would have let your hosts know at the concert, they would have tried to help you out. Again, we apologize for your disappointment.
