The online advertisement was convincing and it seemed to make sense. Once paying the $47 you would be able to download (and print out) The Diet Solutions information. Once I paid the money I was offered an upgrade on what I just purchased (additional books). I didn't want it and clicked on the I decline button. It stated on the website I would be able to print out the information, there would be no shipping of items. Instead my only option was to pay for the upgrade. There were no other buttoms to click to get to the download. I called the 800 number and there was a recording to send an email (preferred method) or leave a message. I filed an email compliant. I see everyone else has had the same experience. I paid with Paypay so I will probably get my money back through them.

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. When I couldn't download the files for The Diet Solution I thought it was a scam. Yesterday I sent an email to The Diet Solution telling them of the problem. This morning I checked my email and The Diet Solution responded to my email with a link to all the downloads. I downloaded and saved all the files. For anyone who had the same problem send an email to info@thedietsolutionprogram.com. Good luck!
