Hi I received an alert sign stating that my lap top was being hacked and that I had to call the number immediately to get the problem fixed I wasn't able to close out the window every time I tried and I called and they went through a process on my lap top showing me the spy ware and that my lap top had been hacked.. I was dumb enough to follow with the process but I called back and canceled said they were gonna call back with a refund confirmation number but have not called back yet..
