This Company should be banned from selling Koi Fish or any other products on the Internet to the public. The phone number listed is not in service, the email is non responsive and there is no physical address to send inquiries. I bought $79 worth of live fish on the Internet from livekoiforsale.com that showed up on my doorstep dead. There is no way for me to communicate with them to get my money back. I emailed them but no response. I posted my concerns on their Facebook page, only to be banished to limited access and review. I paid through Paypal. Charlotte, Hampton, Virginia.
