In May 2009 my 12-year old son placed an order for the Tool Band-it for me for father's day. It wasn't until the order was complete that he was informed that shipping and processing (S&P) would be $24.96 -- more than triple what others charge for the same item and more than the cost of the item itself. There was no contact information provided to dispute or cancel the item.

When I got an email confirmation of the order there was also no contact information. Replying to the email returned an error - no such email address.

I went back to the website and found a small link at the bottom of the page for "customer service." It opened a window with a toll free number. I called the number and got a recording directing me to another web page where I could track my status -- then it hung up. That page couldn't locate the order using any of the options.

They overcharge for S&P, provide no contact information, have NO customer service whatsoever, and have no way to dispute or cancel an order. Avoid this company if any of these things are important to you.

Livemercial owner John Mathis issued bench warrant for theft and fraud

Anyone expecting delivery of products, warranty claim or refunds from Livemercial is probably out of luck. Mr. Mathis of Valparaiso, IN, the owner of Livemercial, owes a local casino 1.2 million  and issued bad checks to cover that debt and defrauded the casino...pretty serious felonies-charges.
